Ignite Funding
Ignite Funding, LLC, ("Ignite") originates real estate loans made to third party borrowers, and presents them to Connect Invest as investment opportunities. Ignite commenced operations in 1995, and is a licensed mortgage broker. Ignite has initiated the funding of thousands of real estate loans with an aggregate principal amount of approximately $1.1 billion. In addition to brokering these loan, Ignite also services the real estate loans.

Docusign is a third-party system that creates and stores custom documents and customer digital signatures for documents.
PLAID
Plaid is a third-party system that verifies a Connect Invest user has access to a bank account for wallet transactions and wallet funding.

Dwolla is a third-party system used for Automated Clearing House funding, often referred to as ACH. ACH is a network that coordinates electronic payments and automated money transfers.
